LA CONSTELLATION DU BÉLUGA / THE BELUGA CONSTELLATION

La constellation du béluga brings together the beluga and several research projects abandoned in the tundra. This work is designed as a time machine: it allows us to access the present via a not-so-distant future. A contemplative kaleidoscope made up of multiple screens, it immerses us in a vision of the North where animals occupy technologically desolate landscapes. As analogue technologies could possibly survive a future digital collapse, the beluga’s songs may indeed take over those vestiges of our era that are telecommunications antennae.
